By purchasing or accessing the Beat Cancer With Me™ All Access Membership, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Membership Purpose

The Beat Cancer With Me™ All Access Membership is designed to provide members with ongoing education and support through: Video training courses, Live group sessions, Guest expert interviews, Downloadable resources, Community discussions, Future educational content as it becomes available. This membership is intended to be an ongoing educational experience—not a one-time course.

2. Your Journey

Everyone's health journey is different.

Many members join hoping to find immediate answers. While we understand that desire, meaningful lifestyle change and education take time. We encourage members to think of this as a 12–24 month journey of learning, implementing, and growing. Please avoid expecting to consume every course, attend every live session, or receive every answer within the first few days or weeks. The members who experience the greatest benefit are those who consistently engage with the material over time and actively participate in the community. Simply put: You'll get out of this membership what you put into it.

3. Getting Started

We recommend every new member complete the following steps: Step 1: Log into your account. Step 2: Complete your profile by adding a photo and introducing yourself helps other members connect with you. Step 3: Visit the Learning Center. Click the Learning Center located at the top of the membership. Step 4: Watch the Orientation videos first. These videos explain How the membership works, Where to find resources, How to navigate the platform, How to get the most value from your membership. Completing the Orientation first will save you time and answer many common questions.

4. Educational Purposes Only

All information provided inside Beat Cancer With Me is intended solely for educational and informational purposes. Nothing inside this membership constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider before making changes to: Medications, Supplements, Diet, Exercise, Cancer treatment, Lifestyle interventions. Never delay or disregard professional medical advice because of something shared within this membership.

5. Community Expectations

We strive to maintain a positive, respectful, and encouraging environment. Members agree to: Treat others with kindness and respect; Avoid personal attacks or harassment; Respect differing opinions and experiences; Avoid promoting products or services without permission; Keep discussions constructive; Respect the privacy of fellow members; Manage your own billing and account settings. We reserve the right to remove content or terminate memberships that violate these standards.

6. Membership Content

Your membership includes access to available content during your active subscription. As the membership grows, new resources, trainings, courses, and live events may be added. We continually improve the membership and reserve the right to: Add new content, Update existing content, Remove outdated material, Modify course organization, Improve the overall learning experience, add premium content for a fee which you may or may not choose to purchase.

7. Live Sessions

Live sessions are intended to provide additional education and support. Because of time limitations: Not every question can be answered. Questions may be edited for clarity. Some topics may be deferred to future trainings. Whenever possible, recordings will be made available for members who cannot attend live.

8. Membership Billing

Your membership automatically renews according to the billing cycle you selected during checkout. Your payment method will be charged automatically unless your membership is canceled before your next billing date. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information remains current.

9. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time with our Self-Service Cancellation. We are not responsible for cancelling your account and we will not answer emails or posts requesting that we cancel your account for you or answer questions about how to cancel. These terms and conditions serve as the eternal answer to those questions. The quickest and easiest method for cancelling is to log into your account and cancel your membership yourself before your next billing date. Members are responsible for managing and canceling their own subscriptions. Failure to cancel before your renewal date does not automatically qualify for a refund.

Assisted Cancellation

If you are unable or unwilling to access your account or cannot cancel your membership yourself, we are happy to assist with an assisted cancellation: Send an email requesting cancellation to our support team and purchase the Assisted Cancellation Service for $25.00. Once payment has been received, our team will process your cancellation as soon as reasonably possible. The $25 fee covers the administrative time required to manually verify ownership, access the account, and process the cancellation on your behalf. Submitting an email alone does not cancel your membership. Cancellation requests are considered complete only after the assisted cancellation fee has been paid and the cancellation has been processed.

10. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise required by law or specifically stated at the time of purchase, membership payments are non-refundable. Because members receive immediate access to digital content, downloads, courses, and community resources, refunds are generally not provided for: Failure to use the membership, Forgetting to cancel, Partial billing periods, Dissatisfaction due to lack of participation, Dissatisfaction due to content. If you experience technical issues accessing your membership, please contact us so we can help resolve them.

11. Intellectual Property

All videos, downloads, graphics, documents, presentations, courses, logos, and other materials inside Beat Cancer With Me are protected by copyright. Membership access is licensed to the purchasing member only. You may not: Share your login credentials. Download and redistribute content. Upload materials to other websites. Sell, copy, or reproduce membership materials. Record live sessions for redistribution. Unauthorized sharing may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.

12. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Please do not share your account with others. If unauthorized access is suspected, notify us immediately.

13. Availability

While we strive for continuous access, occasional maintenance, updates, or unexpected technical issues may temporarily affect availability. We appreciate your patience while improvements are made.

14. Limitation of Liability

By participating in this membership, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health decisions and outcomes. Beat Cancer With Me™, its owners, instructors, moderators, affiliates, employees, and guest experts are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of membership content. Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.

15. Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the membership after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
